Processing Time
At BEES Framing, we take great care in packaging and shipping your frames to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom framing orders require additional processing time and usually ship within 10-14 business days after the order is completed. Please note that these times may vary during peak seasons.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping options and associated costs at checkout before finalising your purchase.
Packaging and Handling
To protect your framed artwork during transit, we use high-quality packaging materials, including protective wrapping and corner protectors. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packed to prevent damage during shipping. We do not send glass via delivery services
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times for standard shipping range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited and express shipping options are available for faster delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping as standard, however, please do ask if interested in sending overseas. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress online. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Shipping Insurance
All orders that are sent via standard courier are NOT insured against damage or loss during transit. At an extra cost, we can organise a White-Glove courier to ensure that any chance of your delivery being misplaced or damaged is significantly reduced. Please speak to our team for more details.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please reach out to our customer service team. We will assist you in tracking down your order.
In-Store Pickup
For local customers, we offer a convenient in-store pickup option. You can select this option at checkout and pick up your order from our workshop once it is ready. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is available for pickup.
