Returns Policy

At BEES Framing, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our framing services. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our returns policy below to understand your options in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Custom Framing and Personalized Items
Due to the personaliSed nature of custom framing, all custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to carefully review your design choices during the consultation process. However, if there is an issue with the craftsmanship or materials used in your frame, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Artworks
For artworks and ready-made products purchased online or in-store, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorisation. Once approved, you may ship the item back to us at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We require that you send photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Once we verify the damage, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. We may also arrange for the damaged item to be returned to us at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns of non-damaged items, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to discuss the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, special orders, and any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
