1. What types of frames do you offer?

  • We offer a wide range of frames, including wood, polymer, each one is made to order. Whether you’re looking for something modern, traditional, or completely custom, we have options to suit your style.

2. Can you frame artwork of any size?

  • Yes, we can frame artwork, photos, and memorabilia of almost any size. For particularly large or uniquely shaped pieces, we offer custom framing solutions.

3. What is the turnaround time for custom framing?

  • Our standard turnaround time for custom framing is usually between 7 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of the project. We also offer rush services for an additional fee of £25

4. Do you offer matting options?

  • Yes, we offer a variety of matting options, including multiple layers, different colours, and archival-quality materials to enhance and protect your artwork. Our computerised mountcutter also means we can cut out any shaped aperture so your artwork will always be as unique as you want it.

5. How do I choose the right frame for my artwork?

  • Our experienced staff can help you choose the perfect frame. We consider the style, colour, and size of your artwork, as well as the room it will be displayed in, to find a frame that complements your piece. We tend not to concentrate on room colours as, invariably, they will change over time when you redecorate or if styles change so we concentrate on the artwork.

6. Can I bring my artwork to the shop for a consultation?

  • Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to bring in your artwork or items for an in-person consultation. Our team will work with you to find the best framing solution. You can call for an appointment on 01604 581010 or use the booking form on our CONTACT page. 

7. Do you offer conservation framing?

  • Yes, we specialise in conservation framing, which involves using acid-free materials and UV-protective glass to preserve and protect your artwork or memorabilia from environmental damage. All of our mounting is ‘reversible’ which means that no damage is ever done to your precious items

8. What is the cost of custom framing?

  • The cost of custom framing varies greatly depending on the materials used, the size of the piece, and the complexity of the design. We provide free quotes based on your specific needs and welcome you to come to our showroom for a free consultation. You don’t have to accept there and then, you can take the quote away to consider before making your decision.

9. Can you frame 3D objects, such as shirts or memorabilia?

  • Yes, inded it is a speciality! We can frame 3D objects such as sports shirts, service medals, and other sporting items and memorabilia. We guide you through the best options to ensure they look amazing as well as being protected for generations.

10. Do you offer delivery and installation services?

  • Yes, we offer delivery and professional installation services for your framed artwork, ensuring it is securely and beautifully displayed in your space.

11. What if I need to repair a damaged frame?

  • We offer repair services for damaged frames and reglazing. Bring your frame to the showroom, and our qualified team will assess the damage and provide a repair solution and quote.

12. Can I order frames online?

  • Not yet, but we are working on this!

    13. What forms of payment do you accept?

    • We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Apple pay, however we do not accept cash or cheques. 

    15. What is your return policy?

    • Due to the custom nature of our framing services, all sales are final. However, if there are any issues with the workmanship or materials, we will work with you to make it right.
